Anjali M. Stucky is Of Counsel with Lacy Law Office, LLC, where she represents clients in Trust, Estate, and Wealth Transfer Planning. Ms. Stucky has more than 25 years of experience in both private practice and corporate environments, having worked exclusively in the area of Trusts, Estates, and Estate tax planning for her entire career.  Additionally, she focuses on serving clients with family business interests, in creating business succession plans, and in coordinating Estate and Trust administration after a death occurs.  Anjali has represented Trustees and offered guidance on interpretation of trust language, modification, and regulatory compliance matters.  Additionally,  Anjali is experienced in public speaking and has created and taught programs to provide continuing education to her fellow attorneys on these subjects.  She has worked extensively in private practice as well as for large banks and financial companies in their Trust and Private Wealth divisions, including JP Morgan, PNC, and Merrill Lynch.  

Anjali earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1992.  Her Juris Doctorate was conferred by I.U. McKinney School of Law, Indianapolis, in 1995. She is a trained Guardian Ad Litem, an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, and past chair of the Estate Planning and Administration Section of the association.

In her free time, Anjali enjoys live concerts, boating and traveling with her husband, Steve, and relaxing at home with their dogs and cats.  They have four grown children and two grandchildren and love to get the family together for a home cooked meal.  Anjali and her husband support Third Phase Christian Center in Noblesville which provides shelter, a food pantry, thrift store, and more to Hamilton County residents in need.
